Hire the entire Funopolis play centre for a private celebration after hours. As many guests as you like, any day of the week, for one flat price.
First 50 exclusives get food & sweet cone for 20 kids — worth £150
Book and pay in full by Friday 25 September for any exclusive hire date to 30 November and we'll include the party tea and a sweet cone for up to 20 children at no extra cost. The £400 flat fee stays the same — this is our gift, not a price cut.

Two hours of the full centre to yourselves. No per-head charge, no minimum guests, no maximum guests.
Bring your own food — or let us sort it
It's your party, so it's your choice. The £400 flat fee covers the venue hire only — you're welcome to bring your own food, cake, and decorations and make the day entirely your own.
Prefer we handle the food? Add our party tea + sweet cone package at £7.50 per child. Each child gets a party tea (pizza, chicken nuggets, sandwiches or sausages — pick 2 mains) plus a sweet cone to take home. All our food is halal, and we offer halal, vegan, or halal & vegan sweet cones on request.
What's included if you add food: party tea served in your private booth, a sweet cone for every child, and all the cleanup. You still bring the birthday cake.
When can you hire?
Exclusive hire is an evening package — the centre closes to the public and it's all yours.

Available any day of the week, throughout the year — subject to availability.
What's included
The whole centre
Every play zone, every table, every booth — yours for the full 2 hours. No sharing with other parties.
As many guests as you like
No minimum, no maximum. Bring 10 or 100 — the flat fee stays £400.
Party host
A dedicated host helps coordinate the day so you can relax and enjoy the party.
Food, optional
Add party tea + sweet cones at £7.50/child, or bring your own food — entirely up to you.
Klarna available
Pay in full at checkout with card or Klarna (pay in 3). No deposit option.
Decorations welcome
Bring your own decorations for the tables. Just no wall or ceiling fixtures, please.

Tick the food add-on at £7.50/child if you'd like us to cater, or leave it off and bring your own.
Pay in full
Pay £400 (+ food if added) by card or Klarna. Your booking is confirmed instantly and you get a confirmation email.

Is there a minimum number of guests?
No — bring as few or as many as you like. The £400 flat fee covers the venue hire regardless of guest count.
Can I bring my own food?
Yes — absolutely. The £400 covers the venue only. Bring your own food, cake, and snacks. Or add our party tea + sweet cone package at £7.50/child if you'd rather we sort it.
Can I have it on a Friday?
Yes — exclusive hire is available any day of the week, including Fridays. Weekday evenings run 6–8pm; Friday, Saturday and Sunday evenings run 6:30–8:30pm.
Is the food halal?
Yes — all our party food is halal. Sweet cones can be standard, halal, vegan, or halal & vegan. Just let us know when you book.
Can I bring decorations?
Table decorations are welcome — balloons, banners, centrepieces. We just ask for no wall or ceiling fixtures, to keep the venue safe for everyone.
How do I pay?
Pay in full at checkout by card or Klarna (pay in 3). There is no deposit option for exclusive hire — the full amount secures the date.
