Mornings run on term-time weekdays only, and not on days when one of our events is running — the Santa dates are the exception, and groups are welcome on those. The 2–3pm session and term-time block bookings run Monday to Thursday, never on a Friday, and are arranged with us directly — so just message us.

Christmas hires run from 24 November to 17 December. Parties and after-school hires run Monday to Thursday; evening hires run every weekday, Friday included. From the 18th onwards the centre is running its own Christmas events.

Food isn't included
The hire fee covers the venue only — food is not included. Whichever hire you pick, bring your own food, cake and decorations and make the day entirely your own.
Prefer we handle it? Add our party tea + sweet cone package at £7.50 per child. Each child gets a party tea (pizza, chicken nuggets, sandwiches or sausages — pick 2 mains) plus a sweet cone to take home. All our food is halal, and we offer halal, vegan, or halal & vegan sweet cones on request.
Just want the cones? Sweet cones on their own are £2.50 per child — pick them up from the café on the day.
What's included if you add food: party tea served in your private booth, a sweet cone for every child, and all the cleanup. You still bring the birthday cake.

Good to know
Is there a minimum number of guests?
No minimum, and no ceiling — the centre takes up to 200 children. It's £250 for up to 30 children, then £60 more for every extra 15 — so 60 children comes to £370 in total.
Is food included?
No — food is not included in the hire fee, which covers the venue only. Bring your own food, cake and snacks. Or add our party tea + sweet cone package at £7.50 a child if you'd rather we sort it. Sweet cones on their own are £2.50 a child.
Do Christmas hires include a visit to Santa?
Yes — every child at a Christmas hire between 24 November and 17 December gets a visit to Santa in his cabin as part of the booking.
Can a nursery or playgroup book a morning?
Yes — the whole centre is available 10am–12pm on term-time weekday mornings for £250 flat. Mornings aren't offered on days when one of our events is running, except the Santa dates, which groups can share. Food is not included — add nursery party tea + sweet cones at £5.95 a child, or bring your own. Sweet cones on their own are £2.50.
Which days can I book?
Birthday parties: Wednesdays (3:30–5pm or 5:30–7pm, term time), Saturdays (7–9pm) and Sundays (6:30–8:30pm). Group hires: weekday mornings 10am–12pm, a 2–3pm session Monday to Thursday in term time, and the same after-school and evening slots. Christmas parties, 24 November to 17 December: a morning, an afternoon and an after-school party Monday to Thursday, and a 7–9pm evening slot every weekday, Friday included. If you need a different day, message us and we will see what we can do.
Do you offer block bookings?
Yes — term-time block bookings are welcome, Monday to Thursday. Nurseries, playgroups and childminders can take a regular weekly slot, such as the 2–3pm session, so the children have somewhere to run and climb every week. Message us and we will work out a pattern that suits you.
Could we run an after-school club at the centre?
Yes — we are open to partnering with nurseries and playgroups who want to run an after-school club from Funopolis. You would have the centre after school, with our space and equipment behind you. Message us and we will talk it through.
Is the food halal?
Yes — all our party food is halal. Sweet cones can be standard, halal, vegan, or halal & vegan. Just let us know when you book.
Can I bring decorations?
Table decorations are welcome — balloons, banners, centrepieces. We just ask for no wall or ceiling fixtures, to keep the venue safe for everyone.
How do I pay?
Pay in full at checkout by card or Klarna (pay in 3). There is no deposit option for a whole-centre hire — the full amount secures the date.
