These Terms & Conditions apply to all visitors, customers, and users of the Funopolis website and facilities. By using our website or booking with us, you agree to these terms.
1. Who We Are

You agree not to:

- Use the website for unlawful purposes

3. Bookings
By making a booking, you agree that:
- Your play session starts from the time you booked
- Weekends & holidays may require advance booking
- You must provide accurate contact details
- Payment is required at the time of booking
- You will follow our rules of play
We reserve the right to refuse entry for safety reasons.
4. Membership
Membership provides:
- Unlimited visits
- Access to all participating venues
- A personal QR code for each child
By joining, you agree to:
- Pay monthly by direct debit
- Use the membership appropriately
- Not share QR codes with others
Membership is limited.
Rejoining is not guaranteed if spaces are full.
5. Cancellations & Refunds
Standard Visits
Refunds are not typically issued for missed or late arrivals.
Membership
You may cancel anytime, but:
- Your membership continues until the end of the billing period
- Rejoining may require a waitlist
6. Health & Safety
All visitors agree to:
- Supervise children at all times
- Wear socks in play areas
- Not bring outside food (except baby food)
- Follow staff instructions
- Stay home if unwell
Funopolis reserves the right to remove visitors behaving dangerously or disrespectfully.
7. Liability
While we work hard to maintain a safe environment, Funopolis:
- Is not responsible for loss or damage to personal belongings
- Cannot supervise every child — parental supervision is essential
- Is not liable for injuries caused by misuse of equipment or failure to follow rules
8. Intellectual Property
All branding, text, images, and content on this website belong to LWHSHP Ltd and may not be copied or reproduced without permission.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time.
Changes will be posted on this page with a revised date.
